Shipping policy

We can ship products anywhere in South Africa. We use The Courier Guy for all our shipping. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s), the shipping method selected at checkout, and your shipment's destination. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER? 📦

Please allow 1 or 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We try to fulfil orders as fast as possible so you can get IronShaft™ as soon as possible.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING TIMES? 📦

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout but usually takes 3-5 days to arrive after we ship them. 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST IN TRANSIT? 📦

You'll receive a tracking number in your email after your items are sent. If you believe that your shipment has been lost in transit, please contact you nearest Courier Guy to help you resolve any issues regarding shipping.
